چکیده
Introduction Pomelo is one of the most consumed fruits due to its distinct flavor and sour taste, while large quantities pomelo fruitlets discard during cultivation them are disposed as wastes. Such an issue has led some research on how make a high value-added reutilization these fruitlets. Therefore, it was aimed determine structural characteristics polysaccharide evaluate attenuating effect hepatic lipid accumulation in hybrid groupers ( Epinephelus lanceolatus♂ × fuscoguttatus♀ ). Methods results In this research, YZ-0.5A 15,332 Da NaCl-soluble extracted from fruitlet which characterized mainly contain galactose galacturonic acid putative structure proven be →2,4)- α-L-Rhap-(1→4)-α-D-GalAp-(1→4)-α-D-GalAp-(1→ with 3 branches. vivo study, five isolipidic diets (containing 15% lipid) were fed initial weight 13.46 ± 0.08 g for 8 weeks, dietary level 0 mg/kg (control), 150 mg/kg, 300 600 1200 respectively. We found that treatment YZ-0.5A, especially exerted improved excessive grouper high-fat diet. vitro , three graded concentrations (75, or μg/ml) added primary hepatocytes respectively after incubation 20% emulsion (2 ml/L). The signs recovery morphological features observed under examined by histological evaluation supported lowering YZ0.5-A. Further investigation showed YZ0.5-A mitigated emulsion-induced irregular deposition regulating various lipometabolism-related indicators, thereby alleviating oxidative stress apoptosis. Discussion Overall exhibited therapeutic potential elucidated underlying mechanism fish deposition, first suggested feasibility reprocessing discarded medicine aquaculture.

Backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus E. lanceolatus) and giant grouper (E. lanceolatus)
This paper reports on the first successful backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper and GG in captivity. To establish a seed production technique for this new backcross grouper, eggs and larval development were observed. Three successful spawning was observed in November 2018, September 2019 and November 2019. The eggs were collected using stripping methods and the sperms were collected u...

Vibriosis disease by Vibrio spp. greatly reduced productivity of aquaculture, such as brown-marbled grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus), which is an economically important fish species in Malaysia. Preventive measures and immediate treatment are critical to reduce the mortality of E. fuscoguttatus from vibriosis. To investigate the molecular mechanisms associated with immune response and host-b...
متن کاملRAPD and barcode analyses of groupers of the genus Epinephelus.
The diversity of Epinephelus species was investigated throughout Thailand. Random amplified polymorphic DNA successfully produced 1300 bands that were phylogenetically informative and used to construct cladograms. Values of pairwise genetic similarity (S) within species ranged from 0.65 in E. erythrurus to 0.99 in E. malabaricus. The interspecific values of S ranged from 0.23 between E. malabar...
متن کاملCharacterization of 10 novel microsatellite loci for the brown marbled grouper, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus (Serranidae).
Epinephelus fuscoguttatus is a commercially important marine fish species in southeast Asia. Due to overfishing and water pollution, this species has been declared as near-threatened. Thus, to provide information to help maintain and preserve the species, microsatellites were developed, using an enriched genomic library method. Thirty individuals were collected from the hatchery of the Fishery ...

Histological assessments on the intestinal morphology and immunity of tiger grouper juveniles, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus help in determining the earliest age to start an oral vaccination. This study describes the morphological development of the intestinal immunity of tiger grouper of various ages. Clinically healthy tiger groupers were selected and divided into 4 groups of 20 fish per group. G...
